Placing & Confirming Orders
By placing an order on Oudhain, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that all information provided is accurate. Orders are subject to stock availability and are only confirmed once you receive a confirmation message from us. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion — including where pricing errors, fraudulent activity, or system anomalies are detected. In such cases, a full refund will be issued immediately.
Pricing & Promotions
All prices displayed on the website are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Promotional offers, discount codes, and free-shipping thresholds are time-limited and may be modified or withdrawn at any time. Discount codes cannot be combined unless explicitly stated, and are valid for single use per customer unless specified otherwise.
Shipping & Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. They may vary based on your location, courier capacity, public holidays, or events beyond our control. Oudhain is not liable for delays caused by the courier after the order has been dispatched. Risk of loss and title for products passes to you upon delivery. If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier will reattempt or hold the parcel at their facility for a defined period.
Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted for damaged, incorrect, or defective items only, and must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence. Opened or used fragrances are not eligible for return. Intellectual Property
All content published on this website — including product names, descriptions, photography, branding, logos, and design elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of Oudhain. Reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use of any content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.
Limitation of Liability
Oudhain shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website, including but not limited to skin sensitivities or allergic reactions to fragrance ingredients. It is the customer's responsibility to review product ingredient lists and perform a patch test if sensitive. Our total liability in any dispute shall not exceed the value of the order in question.
Product Accuracy
We make every effort to ensure that product images, descriptions, and fragrance notes displayed on our website are accurate and up to date. However, colour representation may vary slightly depending on your screen settings. Fragrance perception is subjective and individual experiences may differ. We strongly recommend consulting our fragrance descriptions and customer reviews before purchasing.
Amendments & Governing Law
Oudhain reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan.
