Standard Delivery Timeline
Orders placed before 3:00 PM (PKT) are dispatched the same business day. Delivery to major cities — Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan — typically arrives within 2 to 4 business days. Semi-urban and smaller cities may require 3 to 5 business days. We process orders Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays.
Remote & Outskirt Areas
Deliveries to AJK, Gilgit-Baltistan, FATA regions, and other remote areas may take 5 to 8 business days depending on courier availability and road conditions. We partner with multiple courier networks to ensure the widest possible reach across Pakistan. You will receive dispatch confirmation and a tracking number via SMS and email once your order leaves our facility.
Shipping Charges
A flat shipping fee applies per order and is displayed clearly at checkout before payment. We regularly run free-shipping promotions tied to minimum order values — watch the banner on our homepage for the latest offer. Shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched, except in cases where the error originates from our side.

Premium Packaging
Every Oudhain fragrance is packed with the care and attention that a luxury product deserves. Bottles are individually bubble-wrapped, nested in a rigid inner box, and placed inside our signature branded outer packaging. We use crush-resistant mailers to protect your order throughout its journey. Gift-ready presentation is our standard — not an upgrade.

While we commit to the timelines above, occasional delays may occur due to extreme weather, public holidays, courier backlogs, or other events outside our control.
