Return Eligibility
We accept return and refund requests for orders that arrive damaged, leaked, tampered, or containing an incorrect item. All claims must be raised within 7 calendar days of the confirmed delivery date. Items must be unused and in their original sealed condition, with all packaging, inserts, and accessories intact. Returns initiated outside this window, or for products that have been opened and used, will not be eligible.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of luxury fragrance products, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used bottles, items without original packaging, products purchased during clearance or final-sale events, and gift sets that have been partially opened. This policy exists to protect every customer — ensuring all products sold through Oudhain meet the same pristine standard.
How to Initiate a Return
To request a return or exchange, contact our support team via WhatsApp or email within 7 days of delivery. Please provide your order number, a clear description of the issue, and unboxing photos or video clearly showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item. Once we receive and verify your claim, we will confirm next steps within 1 to 2 business days.
Exchange Policy
In cases where an incorrect fragrance was delivered, we will arrange a free pickup and send the correct item at no additional cost. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested fragrance is out of stock at the time of exchange, we will offer a full refund or store credit equivalent to the order value, whichever you prefer.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days following verification. Refunds are issued to the original payment method where applicable, or as store credit if preferred. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are made via bank transfer — please have your account details ready when contacting support. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
